Ask about a charge, your plan or BriefThem. A person reads every message and replies, usually within a day.
Is BRIEF THEM on your card statement?
That's us. Your company or a colleague started a BriefThem subscription at briefthem.com. It sends one short daily email with updates relevant to each person's job. Billing is per person, monthly or annually. Each payment receipt goes to the person who set it up.
If you don't recognize the charge, email us at billing@briefthem.com with the date and your card's last four digits. We'll find the charge, identify the account and refund it if it was made in error.
Common questions
I need a receipt or an invoice
Each payment has an email receipt, and each invoice has a PDF. Admins can find them in Company settings, then Billing. If you can't access that page, contact us and we'll send them to you.
How do I cancel?
An admin can cancel anytime in Company settings, then Billing. Your plan continues through the paid period, then stops. Nothing is deleted, and there's no cost to resume later. If no one at your company can access that page, contact us and we'll cancel for you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if something went wrong. Contact us about an unexpected charge, an unintended subscription or a payment after cancellation. We'll sort it out. We don't refund a month you've used because you changed your mind, but contact us and we'll review it.
How do I stop the emails?
Select Pause at the bottom of any digest to stop delivery immediately without signing in. If someone added you and you'd like to be removed entirely, send us your email address and we'll remove you.
Who can see what I acknowledge?
Your admins choose whether managers see acknowledgements by name or team totals only. The privacy policy explains what's stored and for how long.
